Enclosure
With reference to Sir Henry May's
Confidential Despatch of the 9th. of last July, I have the
honour to forward the enclosed minutes of a further meeting
held on the 29th. of last November at which Mr. E. S. ———
Lindsey and Mr. C. Clementi represented the British Section
of the Kowloon-Canton Railway and Messrs. Chao Ching-hua
(Managing Director), Liu Ch'eng-ch'ang (Traffic Manager)
and Kwok Fung-1 (Secretary) represented the Chinese Sec-
-tion. I attach also a minute dated the 30th. November,
1910, by Mr. Clementi on the division of profits suggested
at this meeting. Mr. Chao Ching-hua has telegraphed the
proposals made to the Board of Communications at Peking
Enclosure 2.
